Return policy:

If your not 100% satisfied you can return your product less shipping & restocking fees.
You must call in for a po # before returning your product.

What isn't covered:

In general we suggest if you know your size order one size up from your size. If you order a coat that is to small or two big, you may or may not be charge a shipping charge to replace your coat. However in most cases the coats fit if you follow our suggestion.
